Commissions
Terms of Service
‣ All commissions must be paid up front, in full.
‣ I reserve the right to decline any commission request I wish, for any reason.
‣ Refunds not accepted for finished or started art.
‣ Unless I choose to stop a commission. Which I may choose to do if it turns out I am not a good fit for the commission you have in mind.
‣ Once art is complete, i will only do minor edits. Edits/changes to be discussed during sketch phase.
‣ I maintain full rights of the art.
‣ Client may not sell or use art for commercial purposes.
‣ Client may use art for personal use, including printing and sharing.
‣ Client may edit, crop, resize image themselves as needed, however, I must still be credited.
How to commission me
‣ Email me at misscreepsart at gmail dot com with COMMISSION REQUEST in all caps in the email subject.
‣ We will discuss prices, timelines, and expectations.
‣ Provide reference art/photos with as many details as possible.
‣ Make a payment as instructed.
‣ You will receive a quick sketch that will need to be OK'd before I will proceed to the finished piece. Unless it's requested, by you, to skip this step.
‣ After OK'd, you will receive the full art.
‣ Some minor edits after piece if finished are OK, such as minor color changes or slight detail changes. Larger edits, or a large amount of minor edits will be subject to restarting the commission. Please bring up changes needed in the sketch phase.
Payments
‣ Payments to be made through my Ko-fi page after we discuss the commission and I confirm that I'll be doing it.
‣ No refund requests once art has been started or finished.
What to expect from me
‣ A finished commission will consist of a digital image only. I will send your file as a large scale JPEG, but you may also request a PNG as well as a copy with smaller dimensions.
‣ Depending on the size of the image, it may be emailed to you or hosted in a gmail drive.
‣ Depending on the piece, it may be possible to also send a transparent PNG, but this must be discussed beforehand, and may not always be possible.
‣ Generally I tend to take about a week or two to finish a piece, but it will be highly dependent upon how quickly the client gets back to me for OK'd sketches.
‣ Once I agree to start working on the art, I will do my best to stay in quick contact with you should you need anything, but please allow 24 hours response time for misc questions.
‣ I will not hold onto finished pieces indefinitely. Once they are sent to you I cannot be responsible for keeping backups. It is your responsibly to download them and keep backups of the files yourself.
